Joplin, One Year Later

On May 22, 2011 at 5:41 PM, an EF-5 tornado struck Joplin, MO. 161 Lives were lost.

In an event displaying with visceral clarity the almighty power of the world in which we live, a city was torn apart. Millions of people worldwide contributed to the recovery.

One year after this tragedy, we remember those who lost their lives, those who lost their homes, and those who when asked, responded from all across this nation to help their fellow man.

God Bless Joplin, Missouri, and God Bless our Heros who protect us.
